DIRECTIONS Ready to spray no thinning needed (Can be thinned with
distilled or deionized water) STIR AND SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE BEST TO MIX IN A
BLENDER 1. ALL PARTS MUST BE ABSOLUTELY FREE OF ALL OILS, GREASE, MOISTURE,
DUST, SCALE, OR CORROSION. SANDBLAST ALL PARTS. (120 GRIT ALUMINUM OXIDE OR
SIMILAR) 2. Clean all parts using acetone, M.E.K., or similar material. DO NOT
USE petroleum-based solvents. 3. Apply coating in light fog passes to achieve a
thickness of .001″ to .0015″. The minimum part temperature should be 65f, if below
the warm-up part. Spray all hard-to-reach areas first. 4. Inspect part for complete
coverage. The part should be a light green color. 5. Immediately dry coating in an
environment of from 100f to 150f. The part should change to a chalk white. 6. Bake
part at a temperature of at least 500f. for one (1) hour. Time starts when a part
reaches bake temperature. 7. If a second coat is desired, lightly Al. Oxide
blast at 25/30 psi, re-spray, dry, and bake. 8. To polish either lightly blast
with #12 glass bead, then polish with fine steel wool/polishing compound, or
vibratory polish. DANGER: Contains aluminum powder and phosphate/ chromic
solution. Contact with soaps or strong alkalis may produce hydrogen gas causing
fire or explosion hazards. DO NOT use water to extinguish the fire. Danger: Do not
breathe vapors or mists from spraying. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use
adequate ventilation to maintain exposure levels below established exposure
limits (see MSDS). If required wear an appropriate NIOSH-approved respirator
with a paint prefilter. FIRST AID: Skin–Flush with water. Eyes–Flush with plenty
of water. IF SWALLOWED– Drink plenty of water and milk of magnesia and GET
MEDICAL ATTENTION.
